Upfront payment to the therapist is required every week. The therapists we work with will provide a monthly invoice for parents to submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement. Long Island Letters offers speech, language, feeding therapy, and tutoring services with rates averaging between $100 to $190 per session, depending on location, session length, and service type.
